Preliminary Rounds

Elimination Rounds
Results of the heats will fill a final round (2 wins to get in or best finishes based on place and board score).  If there are more than 5, 2-game winners, then we'll have a semi-final round, taking it's top 5 players based on score within their game.

Tie Breakers
As allowed in the rules.

Time Limit Adjucation
Complete the current 'round' of bidding to get back to the 'last' player and score the game at that time as if the final 'Ra' tile was drawn.
