Event Description
Preliminary Rounds
Three Heats, standard 1st edition rules.

Elimination Rounds
The results of the heats will fill a five player Final round. Two wins gets you into the Elimination Round[s]. The remainder of the five Final spots will be taken by best finishes based on place and board score. If there are more than five 2-game winners, or 35 or more RA entrants then we'll have a semi-final round of two 5-player games with the top 5 players advancing based on place and % of winning score within their game.

Rules Version / Common Mistakes / Special Rules
Rules published in the 1st edtion will be used. No special or variant rules.

Tie Breakers
If two players are tied for advancement to the elimination rounds, then the Higher Total Suns from individual wins will be used as an additional tiebreaker.

Time Limit Adjucation
Games running past the time limit WILL be adjudicated so people can make the next round of games, If ALL players and the GM agree, the time limit can be extended.
Adjudication: GM will inform all games still in progress when there are five (5) minutes remaining in the round. At the conclusion of the five minute period, all games will end immediately, as if the last Sun had been drawn, and each player will compute his/her score according to the end of game scoring in the official rules.
