"Wits & Wagers is the fast-paced party game that combines the most
interesting elements of trivia and gambling. Players can win by making educated
guesses, by playing the odds, or by knowing the interests of their friends. The
game incorporates interesting betting strategies with trivia. Players must
decide how to play the odds, how to play the spreads between answers, when to
hedge their bets, and even when to bluff!
In Wits & Wagers, you can be rewarded not just for what you know, but also
for making smart bets. Every player answers every question, so it's always your
turn. Players get 30 seconds to write an answer on their dry erase board. Since
all of the answers are numbers, players can always come up with a good guess.
The answers are then placed face-up on the board. Players get another 30
seconds to bet 10 points worth of chips on the answer they think is closest to
the correct answer - even if it's not their own. Players who bet on the closest
answer are paid out according to the odds on the board."
