This year's EuroQuest convention moves to a new hotel, the Hilton Pikesville

All EuroQuest attendees are encouraged to book rooms at the Pikesville Hotel and to request the special rate for EuroQuest. If a significant number of overnight rooms are booked at the Hilton, the costs of the event decline significantly. If it becomes apparent that all rooms in our room block are sold out, we will post overflow hotel information on this page.

HOTEL UPDATE 10/27: Just about all rooms in our room block have been sold out for Friday and Saturday, plus the reservation deadline at the Hilton Pikesville for obtaining rooms at the lower group rate, has expired. For alternate hotel location, see below.

In addition to offering approximately 7,000 square feet of meeting room space and a discounted room rate for EuroQuest attendees, the Hotel is also offering the following amenities:

  1. Standing 10% discount in Fountainside for all EuroQuest attendees with badges.

    ALL Euro Quest attendees wearing a Euro Quest Badge will receive 10% off all items at the onsite Restaurant, "Fountainside". Please note that, in order to receive this discount, a valid EuroQuest badge is required. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served.

  2. EuroQuest guests staying at the Hilton receive FREE use of the Baltimore Fitness and Tennis Club during their stay, which is attached to the Hilton Hotel. There is a fee for use of the tennis courts.

  3. EuroQuest attendees will receive a coupon for one free game of Bowling at AMF Pikesville Lanes, which is directly across the street from the Hilton.

  4. Food and beverage service at specific hours during the convention in a convenient location near the EuroQuest meeting room. Here is the schedule of specific items, times and prices:
    • Breakfast : Served Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 8:30am to 10:30am.
