All EuroQuest attendees are encouraged to book rooms at the Hilton Pikesville and to request the special rate for EuroQuest. If a significant number of overnight rooms are booked at the Hilton, the costs of the event decline significantly. If it becomes apparent that all rooms in our room block are sold out, we will post overflow hotel information on this page.
Room options include one king or two double beds. Non Group room rates are $149.00 or more plus tax. Room reservations must be received by Thursday, Oct. 20, 2011. After this time, our room block will be released to the general public or sold out.
Online booking for EuroQuest is now available. Following the Hilton Hotel links on either the BPA or GCOM website OR Guest can use www.hilton.com OR www.pikesville.hilton.com Once the dates of the stay are selected the following screen will show a Radio box labeled "Group code" Type "EuroQu" into the radio box. The code is case sensitive and it will not work, if the wrong upper or lower case is used.
As of October 21st, all rooms in our room block are full, and only a few King rooms are available at the Hilton on Friday or Saturday night at the regular rate. If these rooms are sold out and you are looking for alternate accommodations, try these alternate hotels.
NEW FOR 2011: Please be advised that all guest room reservations under this year's room block are subject to a 72-hour cancellation notice requirement; i.e., individual reservations must be canceled prior to 72 hours before anticipated arrival date to avoid one nights and tax penalty. All credit card reservations will be charged one night's room rate at the time of reservation. A $100 security deposit will be required of all cash paying guests upon arrival.
Please exercise restraint in reserving guestrooms only to cancel them later. Such practice harms our ability to continue to host Euro Quest at this facility. We ask that you do not reserve a guestroom until you are reasonably sure you will be able to keep that reservation. And if the need to cancel does arise, please cancel as soon as possible - preferably before October 20. If the Hilton is sold out when you attempt to make your reservation, please call back on Oct. 20 before booking elsewhere to check for any cancellations.
In addition to offering approximately 7,000 square feet of meeting room space and a discounted room rate for EuroQuest attendees, the Hotel also offers the following amenities:
The Hilton will be offering a food and beverage service during EuroQuest convention hours. There will be specific times for (1) taking orders and (2) service and delivery in the meeting room area during the convention. Lunch orders will be served at 1 PM on Friday, Saturday and Sunday during EuroQuest; dinner orders will be served at 7 PM on Thursday, Friday and Saturday -- no breakfast service will be offered this year. Orders must be placed and paid for in advance, between the hours of 10 AM to 12 noon for lunch service, and between the hours of 4 PM to 6 PM for dinner service.
