Please note: All tournament games and all new additions to the Wild Card event will have scheduled demo times. That information can be found both on the appropriate tournament page and on the Euro Quest schedule. Please remember, in order to present or participate in a demo at €uro Quest, you must purchase a registration for the day of the demo or the entire convention.

Demonstration and Pre-registration Deadline: Saturday, October 23, 2010
Cost to Demo: Pre-registration fee only. No other fees.
You must pre-register for EuroQuest prior to any agreements to run game demonstrations.
All game demonstrations are subject to approval by the Euro Quest organizing committee and/or the EuroQuest convention director(s).
Use of Demonstration Space
Demonstration space is given for game demonstrations purposes ONLY.
Sales of the demo game and/or large displays are NOT allowed.
Small displays that fit on the demonstation table will be permitted.
Demo space will be offered on a first come first serve basis, and space is limited.
We will provide one 3' x 6' table for the time frame of the length of play for one game, up to three hours, at any of the times listed below.
You may have two game demonstrations back to back, if they are completed within the three hour time frame. Other scheduling options may be available at the discretion of the EQ organizing committee (Please ask).
Available Demo times:
Thursday, November 4th. 5PM to 12 Midnight.
Friday, November 5th. 10AM to 12 Midnight.
Saturday November 6th. 10AM to 12 Midnight.
Sunday, November 7th. 10AM to 6PM.
Steps to Take
NOTE: Scheduling and demonstration information can be arranged prior to pre-registration confirmation, but we will not make the demonstration official until we receive registration confirmation. Steps to take:
You will need to pre-register. Pre-regisration information is available on the EQ website.
Pre-Registration is $40.00 or $15 per day. Go to http://euroquest.gamesclubofmd.org for details. Send an e-mail to
jcw222@comcast.net
when you pre-register, so we can confirm your registration with the BPA.
You need to complete a brief summary of the game that you are planing to demo we can post on the EQ website. We will provide a picture of your game if you can send us a jpeg file or a website link. We will provide any links to a website describing or selling your game.
Select a time(s) from the list above.
We will confirm your demo within 4 days of the above items being completed.
