Considering the success of the addition of advertising to the EuroQuest IV pamphlet, we will be including advertising space again this year. Guidelines and a sample of the EQ Pamphlet appear below. Please contact this year's Convention Directors Scott Buckwalter

Guidelines for Advertising in the Euro Quest Pamphlet

1. First come, first served. The deadline for purchasing ad space is Friday, November 2, 2007. Payment and Ad must be received by that time. Payments should be made out to Games Club of Maryland.
2. GCOM and the BPA reserve the right to reject any unsuitable ads.
3. Ads may be submitted as text or image. Fonts may be specified, so long as they are available by default in MS Office 2003.
4. Ads must relate to board gaming, the board game industry, GCOM or BPA.
5. Images may be submitted in almost any image format, but JPG and TIFF are preferred.
6. The production copies of the pamphlet will be:
   1. Printed in Black and White, not full-color.
   2. Bi-fold (5.5”x8.5” fold)
   3. Printed on 20# Bond (standard printer/copy machine paper).
7. Ad spaces available are named after their general position on a page. Current availability is as indicated within the images/text below:

8. These pamphlets will be distributed to attendees of the Euro Quest V convention, which is expected to be between 175 and 225.
9. Unused ad space will be filled with images from previous EQ (or GCOM) events, or other images germane to GCOM or the BPA.
10. A copy of the pamphlet with your ad placed can be provided, upon request, after the space has been paid for.
